About Us
Bucks County Medical Associates PC was established in 1980. It has grown from a two physician practice by Dr. Frank Welsh and Dr. Henry Holtzman to a 10 provider practice with nearly 30 employees. BCMA provides pulmonary, sleep disorders, and critical care services for patients in a large geographical area that includes central Bucks County, Poconos, New Jersey, Lehigh Valley, Montgomery County and Philadelphia to name a few. We strive to practice state-of-the-art medicine with an emphasis on compassionate community care. We are involved with clinical trials and utilize the latest technologies and latest therapeutics available.
BCMA is involved with clinical trials at Doylestown hospital with agents that might quell the cytokine storm in severe Covid-19 infection and trials with the use of antibodies to help mild to moderate outpatient Covid-19 infected patients. We continuously strive to provide state of the art up to date diagnostics and therapeutics for our community.
